[Md-sligo] call & ride or same day access

Thanks to Lloyd for converting the image files into word files for the
Call & Ride program. 

Today I called the program and asked them the question about Same Day
Access program for people who also use metro access and need this
service for special needs. 

The program is the same. For those of us on this program , we should
have our letters and the package before the end of this month. If for
any reason you do not get the packet by March 23, call the office and
inquire. You should be receiving the letter guide, overview and the
card. As we try to get someone to the chapter meeting in May, prepare
your questions or concerns. For Metro Access customers, the policy
remains the same. You will need to send in the copy of your metro access
card whenever you recertify your metro access ID card. The phone number
to call before March 31, is 301-948-5409.
