Hi Victor, 
I will suggest you call the following  phone numbers. 
MC311, call and ask for the Mpdu program. Tell them that you need to speak with a staff person. 
Ask for their rental program. (Do not tell them that you have a disability, or they will transfer to Aging & Disability services. ) 

Call HOC 240-627-9400 Ask if they have any options. 
The city of Rockville and Gaithersburg also have housing programs, If you have access to the internet, you can check all these resources. 
Finding affordable housing is a challenge and one has to look for it. Also check the local newspaper.
