[Md-sligo] Braille literacy proclamation

Dear chapter members
At the Louis Braille birthday party we were going to have a proclamation from the Montgomery County Executive Mr. Ike Leggett.
The proclamation got lost in the office and we have received a profound apology. We will have the proclamation in the next day or two and I will pass it to Debbie.
Debbie, If you can read what you wrote at the chapter meeting, for all to know. I will get it to you when I have it.
