Dear Ellen Ringlein

 

I work for a usability research firm in Silver Spring, Maryland, UserWorks, Inc., and we are conducting a study next Thursday, June 22, and are looking for visually impaired individuals to evaluate an online application for accessing account information for the Baltimore Gas & Electric (BG&E). I am hoping that you would be willing to post this announcement on your group. Details about the study are below.

UserWorks, Inc., a user experience design and usability research firm, is currently seeking visually impaired individuals to evaluate an online application for accessing account information for a utility company -- Baltimore Gas & Electric (BG&E).

 

The session will take place at our facility in Silver Spring, Maryland, and will take about 60 minutes to complete. In order to participate in this study, you must have an account with BG&E, a smartphone, and be willing to access your BG&E account information with your phone in order to evaluate this online application. 

 

Sessions are available on Thursday, June 22, 2017. In appreciation for your help with this research project you will be paid $100 at the completion of the session plus $50 to cover transportation expenses.
