[Md-sligo] March Minute Message

Neither one of our bills have passed both houses.  The procurement bill has passed the senate committee, so they have done their work so far, as I understand it.  I think we want the House bill to conform to the Senat bill.  If I am wrong, Sharon will probably correct me.
