[Md-sligo] Draft Chapter Constitution

    Attached is a draft of the constitution of the Sligo Creek Chapter. It 
is based on a model chapter constitution produced by the NFB in 1992. We 
will be reading through this and discussing it during this Saturday's 
chapter meeting. This document is the result of a board meeting we had on 
April 20. Please read it carefully.
