All,
I got the info. For the "same day program from the Washington Ear we-mail. I
call Regency who indicated if calling during the day ask for Chrissie or
Cindy or Dispatch after hours to book the trip It is just like booking a
taxi. They don't have their APT up yet will have it shortly. The passenger
pays the first $5 and then Metro Access pays the next $15 and then passenger
pays the balance. You can take 4 trips booked on the same day through this
program. You have to follow the same rules of where to be picked up and
dropped off as always.

I agree the rollout was poor. However, I took two trips yesterday and one
today. Today, they were better organized. It beats a blank!

Hi everyone,

Someone who has connections at WMATA forwarded me an email with a link to
the website for the new Abilities Ride program. As mentioned at the meeting
on Saturday, there was not a lot of information provided by Metro about the
program, but this website has phone numbers and website links. I personally
think they should have sent out emails or a Metro alert, but it is what it
