For the information this is the same program which Odin mobile was running. They are no longer in business and now Raz mobility is doing it. We met the group at national convention last year.

This is the number I have for the Maryland relay service: 800-552-7724. This is where you can get accessible low-cost phones for blind people.  I think you must meet certain income requirements.  This is a proper topic for this list because it relates to blind people.  I just changed the subject line.
