Wasn't it access relay?  It was not MD Relay.  We wondered if this group had replaced MD Relay.  Michelle from National Harber was there.  She might know.

This is the number I have for the Maryland relay service: 800-552-7724. This is where you can get accessible low-cost phones for blind people.  I think you must meet certain income requirements.  This is a proper topic for this list because it relates to blind people.  I just changed the subject line.
