[Md-sligo] ability ride program

Hi All, 
Happy new year 
I wanted to share with you some of the issues with the new metro access program ability ride. 
Metro access requires that a person either subscribe to their service or one could schedule ride most 1 week in advance. 

I tried to schedule the ability ride for one week at a time, as there were days when I did not need to go. 
They scheduled me for 4 days Monday through Thursday but no trips on Friday. 
I started calling them every day to schedule a ride or call a cab, and the staff informed me that I was already scheduled. 
I tried to speak with a supervisor and the person responding on the line became the supervisor. After digging, I found out that the Regency cab company have scheduled me until 4-30-18 every day Monday through Friday, including the holidays. 
They told me that there was a standing order, which is puzzling to me. Who ordered and when, did they even ask me about this. 

I have tried to cancel these trips by informing the staff and requesting to cancel the trips. The staff informed me that they have canceled the trips but I still get a cab every morning without making the phone call. It is troubling as the drivers show up at my home 10 minutes before 7:00 am and knock at the door. 
If no lights are on,  they call me on the phone and ask if I have to go to work. 
Another issue is that the drivers call me at about 9:00 am at my home and say that the cab is waiting, This is the return trip from the morning at 7:00 am. 
I had informed them that I do not require a return trip, and if I will need one, I will call. Why then a return trip is booked at my home when I am at work. 
I will be sending a complaint to the taxi cab commission as this is not right.
