[Md-sligo] ability ride program

Hi Yasmin,

I have also found the service to be hit or miss in terms of
reliability. For example, this morning, I had a trip where the
dispatcher had given the driver the wrong destination address for me.
It just so happened that I mentioned to the driver the location I was
going to and he realized that he had the wrong address. So he was able
to call in and have them re-route the trip in the system. Otherwise, I
would have been taken to the wrong place.

On the return trip, the driver did not arrive timely so I called and
found that they had entered the wrong pickup address for me. They sent
out another driver, but after 10 minutes no one was there yet, so I
called again and they said they were still waiting for a driver near
me to take the trip. So I cancelled and took a Uber, which was only $2
more than I would have paid for Abilities Ride.
