[Md-sligo] regarding metro access

Just for your information,
Denise Rush is with our chapter and will learn your concern.
We have to take responsibility of doing things ourselves also.
If there is a complaint regarding metro access, you can submit that complaint either by phone or on the internet.
When you call the 301-562-5360 there is one option to provide compliments and complaints. Call during business hours and the customer service rep will record your info.
When you go to the metro access website there is option there for the same. You should be able to submit your complaint.
The same goes for any transportation agency. Call&ride or ability ride program.
You can complete a service request for the call&ride through the MC311 call center by phone or
