[Md-sligo] Complaints

It is always good to use complaint procedures to make sure they are working.  If you send an email to anyone about Metroaccess or Abilities Ride, you should cc Queen so that she can follow up on it.  I used to be on the Accessibility Advisory Committee that Queen is on, and I know that Metro complaint procedures didn't always work, and it is good for her to have that information also.  We should use as many avenues as we can to make things work.
