As a result of the continued challenges the region is facing from of the
COVID-19 pandemic, the dial-up Abilities-Ride program services (Regency Taxi
and Silver Cab) will be temporarily suspended. During this time, there is an
abundance of capacity on MetroAccess, and we are asking customers to use
MetroAccess for your transportation needs. To promote social distancing
MetroAccess is currently booking direct trips with no shared-rides. For any
questions or concerns please call 202-281-8984.
