to make our activities work, but maybe some of you do.

Dear In Kind Sponsors,

As you have probably heard, in light of developments concerning COVID-19, we
have decided we are unable to responsibly and safely host the Gaithersburg
Book Festival as planned on May 16.  

What we ARE doing is working to create engaging ways to offer some of the
2020 programming virtually.   It would be great if you can participate in
this new virtual Children's Village.    As we develop this plan, we will be
reaching out for your ideas.  In the meantime, start looking at online
literary learning activities and brainstorm how your activity or craft can
be shared virtually.  

We are beyond disappointed by the cancellation of this beloved event, yet we
remain optimistic about the potential to offer new forms of engagement.

I am looking forward to hearing your ideas.
