Greetings Everyone,

We need your help during this busy season to make progress on eliminating
the subminimum wage for persons with disabilities. Please contact Senator
Chris Van Hollen and Senator Ben Cardin as well as your individual
congressman in the House. Remind Senator Van Hollen that he co-sponsored
this legislation in the past. Read President Riccobono's note below. Thank
you.

The National Federation of the Blind of Maryland knows that blindness is
not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Everyday we raise
the expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want;
blindness is not what holds you back.
