Subject: Making Health Care Decisions, Advance Directives, and the MOLST Form -- February 7 at 1:00 PM on Zoom

Please pass this along to individuals in Maryland who may be interested in knowing about their rights in making important health care decisions. It's a great opportunity to have questions answered by an Assistant Attorney General who's an expert in Health Decisions Policy.

Independence Now, our local Center for Independent Living serving Montgomery and Prince George's Counties, is hosting a program to provide general guidance and information regarding the process of making important health care decisions, including how the Health Care Decisions Act, advance directives, and the Maryland MOLST (Maryland Order for Life Sustaining Treatment) form are used to carry out patients' health care decisions. The presenter is Paul J. Ballard, Assistant Attorney General, Counsel for Health Decisions Policy.

When: Tuesday, Feb 7, 2023, from 1:00 to 2:30 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada).

Free of charge.
