[MD-Sligo] Resolution about medical information

	Yasmin is working on a resolution about some of the medical concerns
that we discussed at the chapter meeting.  How do you get information about
medical reports?  If your doctor uses a web portal, is that accessible?  It
may be possible that the portal is accessible but the report is
inaccessible, or that you can get an accessible report directly from the
doctor but it is made inaccessible by the portal. It may be possible that
you have no means of accessing your report and cannot get the report in a
form you can access.  Please let Yasmin know about your experiences with
medical information.  You do not have to reveal your medical history, just
your experiences getting information from medical professionals.  Contact
