[MD-Sligo] Announcements from National Federation of the Blind

It is not necessary to send announcements from National Federation of the
Blind to the chapter listserv, because they already go to everyone on NFB
listservs.  Also, Ashley Biggs sends out some of the library announcements,
so it is not necessary to send out those announcements.  Sometimes I send
out announcements close to the time of the event, such as the presidential
release or NLS BARD presentations.  It is not quite so helpful to repeat the
announcement the day it is sent.
