[MDABS] Friends Annual Meeting

Calling all students! Please participate in the Friends annual meeting from
10AM to noon on Saturday October 24. We are going to have a hat contest and
you may win a prize. The theme of this meeting is Hats off to LBPD so we
want you to wear a silly hat, interesting hat, etc. You will like our
author who wrote books about science that are entertaining. Her name is
Joanne Settel. Some of her books are already on BARD. How do Ants Know when
you're Having a Picnic? ( DBC 12270,) and Exploding Ants (BR 12642.)

You will not want to miss the discussion of her newest book *Amazing
