We did not have time to write these letters at the convention, so everyone,
please do letters about autonomous vehicles. You should finish all letters
including tax and voting by March 5, which is our last hearing date.

You can say something like this on autonomous vehicles: "This bill
establishes standards for the use of autonomous vehicles. These standards
should be accessible and user friendly. Autonomous vehicles will help
provide more public transportation, which is desperately needed. Blind
persons will have an opportunity to fully participate in all aspects of
community life."

The National Federation of the Blind of Maryland knows that blindness is
not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Everyday we raise
the expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want;
blindness is not what holds you back.
