[Mdpobc] FW: IEP Draft 5 days before IEP

Here is just one of the wonderful pieces of Information that you may have missed if you were not able to come to the MD Parents of Blind Children workshop on Friday Oct 21, 2010 at the State convention.  It is House Bill 269.  In summation says that the IEP team need to get any documents and assessments and drafts of the IEP that will be, being discussed at the meeting to you the parent 5 business days before the meeting.  This went into effect OCT 1, 2010.  The Link is at the bottom of the page.
