As a part of the legal portion of the program, Pete will discuss two recent 
rulings from Maryland’s U.S. District Court - (1) Parent’s request for tuition 
reimbursement from Montgomery County for their child’s education at the Diener 
School and (2) a Frederick County Pyramid School restraint and seclusion case 
where the Court quoted a portion of Pete’s successful 2001 ruling from the 4th 
Circuit in Jaynes v. Newport News (VA).
