[Mdpobc] Be OK with Blindness

Melissa and Sharon I want you thank you for your calls of concern.  Thankfully at my end all are healthy and I was ready to go forward with the event.   I will take responsibilty for Picking this day knowing the the NJ Lead was going to be there and the Chapter meeting.  I was assured just as I was assured at first the the 13th there would be plenty of room.  I had put in a list 2 mths ago of tentitive amount of rooms and even asked for certain rooms.  I guess I did not get that to Natalie who ended up organizing room.  And that was not given to her till 2 weeks ago,  On Monday she gave us the room assignment which were great.  But then we realized that where they put the Child care was where there was to be chapter Breakfast. Again I did not follow up in detail with Bill and Bernie they had asked to make the lunchs on Friday and are now saying there was no place to make the lunches and/or store the lunchs.  As I say I will take responsabilty for not following up on details?
