[Mdpobc] TVI needed in Garrett County

I tried to do same, contacted many universities and found a few with
graduating TVI's this past May who were looking for employment. It's a
great idea but as far as Calvert County goes I cannot get them to agree to
contact the graduates and offer interviews.......
what to do??!!
