As you know, the Parent's Guide to Special Education is posted on our
web site at http://dese.mo.gov/divspeced/Compliance/specedguidance.html.


This booklet provides parents with information to assist in their
participation with the identification process and provision of
educational services for children with disabilities and is in a
user-friendly format.  I encourage you to provide a copy of the guide to
parents or provide them with the website link so they can access it at
their leisure.
