Federation friends,

I want to provide you with a partial list of what you'll be able to bid on
at tomorrow's auction to whet your appetite. This is just the beginning, so
get excited!

Remember the auction starts tomorrow evening at 7:30 following the close of
the general session. I'll see you there.

Tea Basket:  Donated by Tarra Coyne:  2 mugs, 4 boxes of assorted teas, 1
tin of assorted biscuits, honey bear 

Starting bid:  $15 

 

Wake me up basket:  Donated by the door prize committee:  2 pounds Starbucks
coffee, two mugs with lids, 1 box instant oatmeal 

Starting bid:  $15.  

 

UEB lesson:  Sharon Monthei will provide 1 hour of instruction and the
various rules of the relatively new Unified English Braille Code.  

Starting bid:  $25.  

 

Chips and salsa basket:  Donated by Charlotte Czarnecki and the auction
committee 4 jars of assorted salsa, nothing too hot, 7 ounces a piece, 2
bags tortilla chips. 

Starting bid:  $15.  

 

Perfume:  one 3.4-ounce bottle of Oscar De La Renta fragrance. 

Starting bid:  $50

 

A song:  Donated by Ryan Strunk:  Do you have a message you want to send and
you can think of no better way than through music?  Would you like a ballad
for someone special, a jingle for your business or maybe just your own theme
song?  If you want help writing your special song, Ryan will assist you with
lyrics, melody and production as needed.  Already have the song written?
He'll be happy to record it for you.  The end result will be digital files
of your custom created piece that you can upload or share however you like.

 

6 packs of truffles: donated by Jan Bailey:    Each kind auctioned
individually.  Flavors will be announced.  Bids for each will start at $10

 

 

Baker's basket:  Donated by Charlotte and the auction committee:  1 60piece
small baking set including baking sheet, cookie cutter and utensils, staples
such as flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder. 

Starting bid:  $15.  

 

One hour voice lesson donated by Briley O'Connor, an experience singer and
voice coach.  

Starting bid:  $25 

 

Bath basket:  Assorted bath products by dove such as soap, shower gel, body
wash and lotion from Neutrogena, a shower caddie and bath towels. 

Starting bid:  $15 

 

Michelle Erickson memorial basket:  Donated by Mark Erickson:  1 jar peach
butter, 1 jar pumpkin butter, 1 jar apple butter, 1 bag maple popcorn, 1
loaf pumpkin bread, 1 loaf applesauce bread, gift certificate for a one hour
massage

 

Wine and cheese or snack basket:  Donated by the auction committee:  4 red
wine glasses, 2 bottles red wine, one cheese cutting tool set.  If you are
in the metro you will get a cheese and crackers tray.  If you are in greater
MN, you will get assorted mixed nuts.  This is for shipping reasons.  Must
be 21 or over to bid.  

Starting bid:  $20.  

 

Tea for 4:  Donated by Brook Sexton:  Enjoy an afternoon tea party designed
just for you and 3 of your friends.  I will pamper you and endeavor to make
it an afternoon you won't soon forget.  You will come away from the
experience refreshed and ready to conquer the world because nothing ever
goes wrong at a tea party.    

What you will get:  3 savory dishes, 3 homemade sweets, homemade scones and
2 types of tea.  Food allergies will be accommodated.  Must be redeemed
within a year of purchase.  Give two weeks' notice for scheduling.  

Starting bid:  $50.  

 

I love my kitty cat basket:  Donated by Charlotte and the auction committee:
Assorted cat toys and treats.  

 

Wisconsin basket:  donated by Jennifer Wenzel:  1 bratt grill, can holders
and keychains with Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers, a Brewer themed
flashlight, a Wisconsin shaped magnet, a cheese shaped magnet    and a
6-pack of spotted cow. Must be 21 or over to bid.

Starting bid:  $30.  

 

T-shirt:  Donated by Lorraine Rovig:  100 percent cotton, large, black with
white lettering.  It says in 3 lines:

Braille lessons:  $45

Accessible Software:  $750.

friends of your choice along.  We can play cards, Alexa games or scrabble.
