All,

 

It is with sadness that I forward the announcement below from Judy sanders
which I received late last evening.  Please join me in expressing our
sympathy and support for Judy and Susan's family.  Here is what Judy wrote::

 

Last week I shared with you that my sister, Susan, was ill with cancer. I am
very sorry to tell you that she passed away Today, Sunday, October 16. After
a great deal of pain she died peacefully.

 

If this had to happen I am glad that it was quick.

 

I will miss her sense of humor, her stubbornness, her ability in the
kitchen, her acumen with a computer and her resourcefulness.

 

She made many friends in the NFB. I and her entire family thank you for the
many notes you have sent.

 

We will be announcing a memorial service in the near future.
