November 1-3, starting at 8am on Friday and adjourning at noon on Sunday

We will have more details soon, including information on how to book your $99 per night hotel room. Financial assistance will be available and our committee will make that information available later this summer. I am most excited to tell you about the amazing deals the hotel has given us for the meals, including Sunday’s breakfast; stay tuned!

 

While you’re adding those dates to your calendar, please also save the date of Saturday, August 10 for our next affiliate board meeting and luncheon. The DoubleTree will host us for that hybrid Zoom meeting (scheduled from 10am-2pm) so everyone can get familiar with the hotel. 


Tomorrow’s board meeting


Tomorrow, we will gather at Jan Bailey’s home in Rochester for our summer board meeting. We will make plans for our biggest fundraiser, take input for state convention, discuss our investments, approve the work of our policy committee, get some exciting news about our NFB-BELL Academy, and strategize about how to grow our local chapters.

 

If you signed up for transportation from the Metro area, you should have received an email last night with details. If you don’t have it and should have, please reach out as soon as possible.
