[MN-at-Large] Announcement of 06/15 virtual meeting, and agenda

Greetings fellow Federationists,

I am writing to remind you of our up-coming June meeting, this Saturday, 06/15, starting at 10:00 AM.  Because we were unable to secure our usual space at the library, this month’s meeting will be virtual, Zoom info can be found below.  What follows is our agenda, as always, please let me know if there’s something that should be included and I’ll do my best.

*	Round the Zoom introductions
*	Minutes
*	Treasurer’s Report
*	Affiliate Updates
*	Blind, Inc. updates 
*	July Meeting, Do we agree to skip our July meeting given National Convention?
*	Childcare:  As our membership increases, childcare is becoming an even more important issue for our chapter.
*	Philosophy Discussion: I really enjoyed our philosophy discussion last month and have heard from many of you that you did as well.  I’m excited to see where this month’s discussion takes us.
*	Annual Chapter Picnic:  We are still looking for folks to join Debbie and the Picnic Committee to help with planning and logistics. We also need to discuss a dollar amount, so the committee has an budget to spend on yummy food.
*	Word Scramble at National Convention:  I was under the impression that we might not be able to do this for logistical reasons, but I have been told that if we want to, yes, yes we can.
*	Open Streets:  Do we want to register for a table?  Looks like it’s happening in August.
*	June Birthdays:  I hope we have a few because there’s nothing quite like the sound of Happy Birthday, especially being sung over Zoom.
