The following request comes from Ben Zheng, president of our student division and coordinator of our table in the exhibit hall:

Hello everyone,

At our national convention, the Minnesota affiliate will be offering up BLIND, Inc. merchandise, coasters, and chances to win an Apple Watch...all for suggested donations. Our success in the exhibit hall happens each year because of your volunteer efforts. I have included a slot system below in this email and if you would like to sign up for a slot, please follow these instructions to help me create the table's schedule in an organized and efficient manner.

Please put your first and last name followed by your phone number and email. Then please list how many shifts you are willing to serve followed by the time slot numbers you are able to work from most preferred to least preferred.

I will do my best assigning what everyone would prefer but be aware it won't be perfect for everyone.  Please familiarize  yourself with where the Minnesota affiliate's table is in the exhibit hall before your shift/shifts and try to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early before to our exhibit hall table to insure everyone can promptly leave when our shifts end. The last shift of the day will also be asked to remain in the exhibit hall until the exhibit hall is locked up for the night to insure the merchandise isn't stolen. I will be in contact with further instructions after I have scheduled the shifts and will share that spreadsheet once it has been created.

Thursday July 4th
Slot 1: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Slot 2: 11:00 AM to 1:00 pm
Slot 3: 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Slot 4: 3:00 pm to 5 pm

Friday July 5th
Slot 5: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Slot 6: 11:00 AM to 1:00 pm
Slot 7: 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Slot 8: 3:00 pm to 5 pm

Saturday July 6th
Slot 9: 12:00 pm to 1:45 pm
Slot 10: 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Slot 11: 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
