>Each year, The NFB OF MN Board of Directors authorizes the president 
>to offer funding for members who wish to attend Washington Seminar 
>but who need financial assistance in order to do so. Preference is 
>given to those who have never attended Washington Seminar, but

>order to receive assistance, applicants must:
>    * Be a member in good standing of the National Federation of the
