>Seniors will meet twice a week for ten weeks for hands-on training in:

> appliances, spices, and creating personal notes and reminders
>    * Home management strategies for cooking, cleaning, and daily living

>    * Assistive technology geared for seniors,

> downloading and reading books from the National Library Service, and more
