[musictlk] Tip for guitar teachers

I taught a lot of guitar.
I caused my students to draw themselves a fret-board, as it were; six strings.
of course string one and 6 and e strings two octaves apart.
Then we would put in the names of the notes, F on fret 1.  G fret 3.
On the second string we'd write B and C and D.
I don't know. it worked for me.
I'm sure there are better ways.
