Hi All,
I received this email, and I can't help her and her husband. If
anyone here could, I'd appreciate it, and so would they, I'm sure.
Please write to her using the email address at the top of her
message. Thanks.--Linda Mentink

Subject: We need help with one of Yamaha instruments
Dear Linda,
I am Oksana. I found your E-mail through the Internet. I live in
Russia. I am not a professional musician, but music was always my
hobby. My BF is a professional musician. He has a special education.
He plays keyboard accompanying different singers. Actually, I am
writing this letter to help him, because he doesn't speak English. By
the way, let me tell you about our age. I am 36, and Alex is 46.
So, the problem is that Alex purchased the keyboard Yamaha PSR-2000 a
week ago. Since he is a mature user, he found a lot of its functions
himself. But there are many functions unavailable for blind people.
The keyboard has an LCD display, so the result of each operation is
easy to see on the screen. Sometimes it is not clear what happens
after pressing any key. We tried to find the instruction in Russian.
We found it, but it's made in PDF, and keys and buttons are not
explained clearly.
So, here my question is. Would you be so kind to give me a hint where
we could find the help with using this instrument? Maybe, someone of
your collegues ever used this keyboard, and he may give some
explanations... Maybe you could give me a skype name of someone who
just can tell where this or that key is and what it is for... So, I
would appreciate any answer and recommendations. Maybe, there is a
chance that someone made the kind of podcast and put it somewhere in
the Internet for downloading...
I'll be waiting for your answer impatiently.
Hoping to hear from you soon,
Oksana, Russia
