She has a really pretty voice, and I think she is going to be (and
apparently already is) very successful.  My only question is about
whether this is healthy for her voice.  Her voice sounds healthy, but
there is a reason most classical voice teachers don't teach children
under 13 years old.  The voice doesn't develop enough until your
older.  At least, this is the explanation I've always received.  I
don't know for sure; haven't taken the classes about this yet.  Could
someone please let me know.
