It's Joshua Lester again. I agree with Ms. Bilman. I've stated that she may
be saprano now and alto later. Southern Gospel music trivia for you, Vestal
Goodman wanted to sing opera, but one night as she sang in church, she
couldn't hit the high notes. Alto notes started coming out. Unfortunately,
this was the start of the Happy Goodman Family's music career. Now, Vestal
is known for her alto voice. Most people don't know that she was an
asspiring opera singer. The Goodmans were my favorite Southern Gospel group.
