[musictlk] working with loops in the groove browser of rxp with sonar 8.52

Hi all.  I've found some drum grooves I want to use in rxp.  I created a
seperat midi track and audio track for the synth.  I can record one pass of
the loop I want to use, but I can't figure out how you can just let it ride.
I tried cutting and pasting the midi track, but that doesn't seem to work
either.  For some reason, I get a bar gap between each paste, even though
I've set the through point right where the loop ends.

Also, the pedal for my keyboard controller doesn't do anything.  I assume
that's because one note triggers only one pass of the selected loop.

It would be nice if they would include a simple edit box in the groove
browser where you could just type in a number for the number of repeats you
want for that selected loop.  Perhaps there is such a thing and I haven't
come across it yet.

Any tips?  This is my first time using rxp.
