[musictlk] blanket compulsory licenses

Hello. I'm dong several covers and I asked hfa if they had blanket licenses that would cover everything and they said that they did not. I can't afford to perches a download license, a cd license, a radio license,  etc. do any of you know how I can go about doing this legally and get a blanket or umbrella compulsory license that will cover all forms of distribution foreign and domestic?
