[musictlk] Need Suggestion for Editing mp3 Files

Thanks for all links regarding audacity, adobe audition, etc., and if you've 
used both, can you compare and contrast them?

I think there's another program called studio something, but since I can't 
remember the complete name, a search would be useless.
