[musictlk] Question about Sending CD to Stations

like i said, you can't expect to make it if your backing tracks aren't royalty free and you don't have a bio, you don't have photos, and you don't have press. 
 you need when sending to radio a bio, photos, press is nice but not required but it's nice and a song list is nice as well.. your bio should talk a bit about the kind of music you do, mabey who you sound like, what you hope to eccomplish, what your back grownd is such as were you born blind and what do you think about that. you know, just things they would want to know. 
 Ehow has a great page on how to submit to radio stations.

 another good place that will help as well if you are looking for distribution. now remember, they are distributing your music for you. you'll have to pay them. but a great place for this is http://www.radiosubmit.com 
 i know of people using it and they have great sucsess with it.
