Hi how are you?  before you present your music to the word, make sure you copy right it first.  This way you are protected against thieves who will steal it then try to say that they wrote or played any of the instruments that you've listed. If you are just starting maybe garage band might work for you depending on the number of tracks but then sooner or later, you'll want to move to pro tools.
