[musictlk] Low budget music recording and a few questions

I have had a recommendation for the logetech 600 wireless headset with a
built-in microphone. You can buy it at Wal-mart and it is under 100
dollars. I talk to a friend on skype who has one, and to me, it sounds
wonderful.

Based on quality of recordings I've done the mike on the Zoom H1 is far
superior to the built in mike on the mac. What mikes do you guys recommend ?
Preferibly under $100.

THanks
Jeff

have the setup for the PC/audacity, it will be so much cheaper just using
garage band. You can also expand into Pro Tools when you get the money.

big guns, (Pro Tools, Mic, preamp, sound card...) but you have enough to
make a demo in the Mack now.
