There is a very good series of tutorials some through the Library, called 
Guitar By Ear by Bill Brownn. I have found them to work quite well for the 
blind guitar students I have taught. They can be found through the Librrary of 
Congress collection as well as commercially on line. Do a search for guitar 
by ear titles and you should find them.
