[musictlk] singing high notes

Hello,
I posted a similar question a while ago, but here goes.  Several 
of you suggested bending your knees to sing high notes.  However, 
I am wondering exactly how much you should bend them.  Should it 
be more of a subtle thing where you just bend your knees a little 
or should it be that you are almost squatting down? Or somewhere 
in between? I tried it at rehearsal once and it really works.  So 
thank you to whoever suggested it.  I'm just not sure how much I 
should be bending them.  I look forward to hearing your opinions.
