Hi Kelsey,
I would touch this man's teaching with a ten-foot pole. Anyone who
just goes off what others do by how they sound on recordings, and has
no teaching degree, would not be truly helpful to you. You want
someone who knows how to sing properly, with good breath support,
good posture, good diction, good facial expression (no frowning as
many do, and with a tight jaw, as also many do), etc. I agree with
