[musictlk] portable/field recorder recommendations anybody?

Hello,
The Olympus 100 has 2 XLR inputs and has speech output.
How easy are the Zoom recorders to use?
I like to record into different folders, use the recorder as the sound 
card, change input types, ajust levels and transfer files.
