Jim, i happen to be a mac user myself so i'm afraid i won't be of much help
but here's my advice none the less. 



 if you tab through the page, you should see a thing that says select files.
click on that, then, grab the files from your computer, title them, add a
description, tag them, decide the category such as music, then click upload.
that should solve the problem. 
 like i said, i'm a mac user. hope this helps.
