[musictlk] Tempo controlers in windows

Hy all.
Can someone recommend to me some app for windows wich is able to handle 
changing of the tempo of the songs, without the pitch changes? I used to 
use pacemaker plug-in for winamp to do that, but newer versions of the 
plug-in are no more accessible.
