[musictlk] braille music symbol for left and right hand

Amy:

The right hand sign is dots 4-6 in one Braille cell; and dots 3-4-5 in 
the next Braille cell.

The left hand sign is:  dots 4-5-6 in the first Braille cell; and dots 
3-4-5 in the second Braille cell.
